Sending examination data from the OCULUS perimeter (Twinfield / Centerfield / Easyfield / Smartfield) to PeriData

Export of NEW examination data at the END of the exam

Press the "Save" button. The data are exported automatically

Export of STORED (older) examination data

• window Patient Data Management
• select the patient from the Patient list
• Export button
• radio button group "Target" -- item Other --- PeriData
• button Export

NOTE: ALL examinations of a patient will be sent, even if there is a partial selection in the examination list. To avoid double exams, active the option "Don't insert duplicates" (Link Mode)

NOTE: If MORE THAN ONE patient is selected, NO data is sent. There is NO message !

NOTE: The check buttons "Bitmaps" und "Anonymous data" have no effect

If PeriData is NOT RUNNING during the sending procedure, the data file is lying in the Exchange Folder and will be imported by PeriData when it is opened the next time.

Troubleshooting

Data do not arrive in PeriData

1. Is there an open database in PeriData?
2. Check the directory C:\PeriDataExchange. If you do not find a file with the extension .PDI, then the Oculus program did not send it
3. If .PDI files are "waiting", then open the Menu Extra > Options > Tab Perimeter and check the settings
